Are your products digital?

Yes. Vow & Ledger products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, so you can begin as soon as your order is complete.

Do I need Excel?

Each product page explains the file type included. If a spreadsheet is included, we will tell you whether it works in Excel, Google Sheets, or both. Please check the product details before purchasing.

Can my partner edit the files too?

Yes. Most planning files are designed to be shared. Follow the sharing instructions included with your download and choose the access level that feels right for you.

Can I use the files on my phone?

Many files are mobile-friendly, but a laptop or tablet is usually more comfortable for larger edits. The product page will call out any device notes.

What if our engagement is shorter than twelve months?

Start with the tasks that match your date and skip what does not apply. The goal is a calm plan that fits your timeline, not a perfect checklist.

Do you offer refunds?

Because digital files are delivered immediately, orders are generally non-refundable after download. If a file is damaged, missing, or not what was described, contact us and we will make it right.
