Is anything shipped to me?
No. Everything at Vow & Ledger is a digital download: planners, spreadsheets, templates and printables. Nothing is mailed, so there are no shipping costs and no waiting.
How do I get my files after I buy?
Right after checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also sent to your email. Save the files to your computer or Google Drive so you always have them.
What do I need to use them?
Spreadsheets open in Google Sheets (free Google account) or Microsoft Excel. Templates open in Canva with a free account. Printables are PDFs you can print at home or at any print shop.
Can I edit the names, dates and colors?
Yes. In the spreadsheets you type your own names, dates, guests and amounts, and the totals update on their own. In the Canva templates you can change the wording, fonts and colors to match your wedding.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Google Sheets and Canva both have free phone apps, so you can check your budget or guest list anywhere. For the first setup, a laptop or tablet is easier.
Can my partner and family use the same planner?
Yes. Share your copy of the Google Sheet with your partner, parents or planner, and everyone works in the same file. The files are for your own wedding and can’t be resold or shared publicly.
What paper size are the printables?
Printables are made in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), the standard size in the USA and Canada. The exact size is listed on each product page.
What if something doesn’t work?
Write to us through the contact page with your order number. We’ll help you open the file, fix the problem, or send you a new copy.
